Vinification :

Pressed and cold vinified (10.12°), for 15 days. A third of the production is vinified in barrels. The barrels are in oak Tronçais, from Allier (France)

Suitability for ageing :

Immediate and drinkable within 3 years

Food/wine agreement :

This cuvée makes you travel through a multitude of aromas; violet and exotic fruits. The aging of the Roussanne on lees in cask, gives it a nice roundness and length at the end of mouth and where the woody notes are very discreet. You can serve this wine on scallops, a foie gras pan, or just pure happiness as an aperitif
